We are pleased to inform you that piling works have now completed. We apologise for any inconvenience these works may have caused.

We would also like to take this opportunity to provide you with information relating to the planned timeline of works over the coming weeks:

– Substructure works: ongoing; Completion: December 2017
– Pedestrian and vehicle tunnel: October – November 2017
– Crane erection: November 2017

Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may influence the progress of the work. All dates mentioned are therefore subject to change. Naturally, you will be informed in the event of any major changes.

Hours of activity

The development has a permit to work under the following condition: No Excavation and/or piling equipment or other noise transmitting plant or machinery shall be operated on the premises before 8am and after 8pm on weekdays and before 10am and after 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Standard working hours:

– Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm
– Saturday: 8am – 2pm (quiet hours: 8am – 10am)

Should it be necessary to work outside these hours, everyone in the immediate neighborhood will be informed in advance.
