It is with great pleasure we publish this exciting update on Imperial Ocean Plaza, probably the last front-line marina project to be built in Ocean Village.

You may recall that we were awaiting completion of ground and first floor section of Ocean Spa Plaza to allow Lucas Imossi Motors Ltd to relocate to their state-of-the art new showroom. We are now in the very final stages of that process (photographs attached) and anticipate taking vacant possession of the Imperial Ocean Plaza site in the second half of March (next month).

Hernan D’Adamo, Head of the Project Management has his team on site and ready to start immediate demolition works of the existing Imossi showroom before commencing the foundations which will be laid over the coming months, using an advanced micro-piling technique.

Following this phase, which will take approximately 3-4 months, the superstructure will then get underway.

For those of you who require advance notice to allow time to release funds, we will formally notify you as soon as Vacant Possession has taken place, after which, your next installment (6% of your purchase price) will be due within 30 days. Those of you wishing to assign your property to another buyer will also be free to do so at this stage.
